1. End-to-End Recruitment for Field Sales:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their sales talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
