Your Role
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Completing onboarding activities to enable a fast and accurate hiring process for labour hire workers. This includes coordinating onboarding requests, arranging contracts, induction, work rights, qualifications and all aspects that make up the Labour hire audit.
- Complete activities relating to the end‑client's worksite and on‑hired workers to ensure end‑client requirements are met. This may include use of the end‑client online portals.
- Maintain the onboarding spreadsheet so that it is accurate and up to date at all times so that recruitment teams can rely on it as the key source of information for the onboarding of workers.
