HR Officer Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment process from role planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Implementing strategies for company branding
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
• Supervise and train other HR associates
• Perform other job responsibilities and duties as assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in either Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Management or any related courses, but not required
• With at least 2 years overall experience in HR
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
• Keen attention to details, highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision
