Opportunity Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:As an HR Officer, you will support the Shanghai site by owning and coordinating four key areas: HR compliance (including RBA/customer audits and ongoing compliance controls), HR communication (planning and delivering clear, timely internal communications), HR foundation (including HR data governance, reporting, and analytics to enable decision-making), and HR operational excellence (continuous improvement of end-to-end HR services and processes).
