- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria about hiring needs
- Create job descriptions and publish job ads in various portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) and facilitate employee referral.
- Coordinate hiring process from end-to-end recruitment process, on-boarding and orientation.
- Conducts interview via phone, virtual and/ face to face interview and negotiate with the potential candidate.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Maintain database for internal referral bonus and potential candidates for future job openings.
