Opportunity Description
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and contracts
- Process payroll, leave management, government contributions and benefits, in coordination with finance
- Support performance review cycles and employee feedback
- Ensure compliance labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, support team well-being and come up with developmental activities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Manage document physical and digital filing and records
- Maintain office supplies, cleanliness and a professional working environment
- Support basic bookkeeping and reporting, if needed
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
