Job Description:
- To assist HRGA Department Manager on Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits.
- To maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR Policies and promoting effective communication within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- With at least 3–5 years HR experience, with strong exposure to timekeeping, recruitment, employee relations, and training.
