Responsibilities
- Administer end to end company recruitment process.
- Administer the new employee general orientation.
- Create and issue employment contracts
- Facilitate clearance and quitclaim for separated employees
- Provide support to compensation and benefits administration
- Generate, maintain record, administer disciplinary action memos to employees.
- Provide significant insights and support in the preparation of company activities.
- Provide credible information to all HR-related inquiries based on the company set up.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS/BS Psychology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable with general labor standards
- Maintain high level of integrity and credibility on ideal and acceptable moral and ethical standards as HR practitioner
