Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Handle employee records and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proven experience at an HR Supervisory level is a plus
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR best practices
