HR Officer/HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes and facilitate employee development programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases in accordance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
