Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related in field.

• With at least 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws or HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and admin hearings.
• Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and HR programs.
• Support management on HR related matters.
