Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring
- Address employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives
- Maintain and update employee 201 files (hard and soft copies)
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
- Support performance appraisal processes in coordination with supervisors/managers
- Assist in training and development programs
- Provide basic guidance on HR-related legal matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR functions
- Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
