Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle payroll, employee tax compliance, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is well-versed in local labor and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with reports, employee queries, and internal HR communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
