- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer letters.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes that deliver a seamless experience for new and existing employees.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives that reflect our values and startup spirit.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Be the go-to person for HR questions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our HRIS.
