Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related course
