HR Operation Analyst

This is an outsourcing position that provides onsite support for Alibaba Singapore.

Work for the onsite HR service center in Alibaba Singapore, responding for the onsite support on all the HR service related issue for Alibaba overseas employees in APAC, Europe and U.S., which includes:

• Staff onboarding
• Staff off/onboarding
• Cross Border Transfer
• Within country transfer
• Document Management
• Document Request
• Verification letter
• Leave management
• Data Maintenance
• Business visa application
• Payroll and benefit data support
• HR related issue consulting

• 3-5 HR generalist work experience or HR service center work experience
• Fluent English is a must, strong English written and verbal communication skills.
