Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals Ensure accuracy and security of employee records across HRIS & other platforms. Drive standardization and automation of HR processes across geographies. Monitor and report KPIs for HR operations and payroll to global and regional stakeholders. Lead internal audits and ensure closure of findings with regional HR teams. Conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and ensure training for HR teams on process change & practices.
