The Operations HR Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and high‑quality execution of core HR operations across all three company locations. This role manages payroll coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, HRIS data integrity, background verification workflows, and supports US‑time‑zone coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable managing high‑volume operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for all three locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
