Opportunity Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and highly organised individual to support our HR team. This role reports to the HR Manager. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this is a full-time, office-based position, working 37.5 hours per week on day shift, Monday to Friday. This role will be offered on a temporary basis (fixed term contract) to cover maternity leave, anticipated to end at the end of Q1 2027. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Payroll processing tasks including calculation of hours, overtime and processing of earnings/deductions.

  • General administration tasks including Occupational Health scheduling, Training, Absence Management and Starter and Leaver administration.

  • Supporting and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for temporary worker new starters.

  • Supporting with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.
