Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll administration, including CPF and tax submissions, using SAP software.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports, payroll reconciliation, and other payroll-related reports.
- Process Employee Self-Service (ESS) claims such as flexi benefits, dental, and mobile allowances.
- Coordinate with Finance on treasury provisions and payroll reconciliation.
- Generate and submit general ledger journals to Finance for completed payroll cycles.
- Process and verify statutory claims (e.g., NS Leave, Government Paid Leave such as childcare and maternity leave).
- Assist auditors with payroll-related audit exercises.
- Address employee queries regarding salary matters promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate independently and proactively with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and support system upgrades/enhancements.
