Opportunity Description
You will support HR capability development agenda by coordinating and executing key HR initiatives—especially training-related activities, staff onboarding support, and employee engagement events—while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Training support (end-to-end): assist with training programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment coordination, and post-programme evaluation/feedback follow-up
- Competency/capability initiatives: support implementation of competency development activities
- Staff onboarding support: help with staff induction/onboarding arrangements and processes
- Employee engagement: support engagement events (e.g., townhalls) including communications support and operational coordination
- HR operations & ad-hoc projects: perform other HR duties/projects as assigned to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
