Opportunity Description
- Support the planning, coordination and follow-up of HR projects.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives (e.g. onboarding, engagement, learning & development).
- Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication related to HR projects and internal initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR systems and project tracking tools.
- Support HR processes with administrative follow-up when needed.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across departments.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- First experience in HR
- Fluent in English, with very good knowledge of Dutch and an intermediate level in French
