What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding HR support across multiple countries, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Guide employees and managers through systems and policies, resolving queries about compensation, benefits and leave.
- Ensure accurate data handling in global HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in harmonising and digitalising HR operations, contributing ideas and participating in initiatives that simplify and increase efficiency.
