Opportunity Description
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Explains the Human Resources procedures to all department heads and makes sure it’s well communicated across the teams.
• Meets frequently with the Executive Manager and General Manager to discuss possible actions to be taken
• Discusses personal needs with department heads to prepare and implement recruitment programs
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Plans and conducts new employee's orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
• Reports monthly to the Executive Manager and General Manager all issues regarding the development of all personnel
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducts orientation and training programs
• Coordinates & manages the recruitment process from A to Z.
