Recruitment
- Responsible for performing recruitment, selection, and hiring functions.
- Crafts job advertisements, conducts initial screening of applicants’ resumes, and administers pre-employment examinations
- Conducts initial interviews for applicants who have met the standards of the company’s hiring requirements, and coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers.
- Conducts background investigations for qualified applicants prior to employment.
- Coordinates with the company’s accredited outsourcing partners in talent search.
- Facilitates the onboarding process for newly-hired employees.
Employee Relations
- Provides support functions for employee programs, data-gathering initiatives, performance management, and HRD projects.
- Handling employee relations matters and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
