- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects as needed.
