HR Specialist/Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the acquisition, selection, and placement of the best candidates for designated positions.


• Submission of the Daily Accomplishment Report and Weekly Recruitment Monitoring Report.


• Keeps proper monitoring of all manpower requisitions.


• Serves as a liaison for HR concerns in the area.


• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in psychology or human resource management.


• Must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.


• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.


• With good interpersonal skills.


• Willing to do fieldwork.
