Recruitment
- Coordinate with respective immediate head for schedule of final interview.
- Screening of applicants and administer aptitude examinations.
- Assists the newly hired employees in processing the necessary pre-employment requirements
Timekeeping
- Process timekeeping of all direct or indirect employees of the assigned companies.
- Process and issuance of payslips every cut-off period.
Other Functions
- Other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Industrial Psychology or any related course.
- With at least one (1) year experience in all facets of HR.
- Organized and keen into details.
- With good communication skills.
