Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store position
• Source, screen, and schedule applicants
• Coordinate hiring requirements and onboarding
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
