- Source, screen, and schedule applicants
- Coordinate hiring requirements and onboarding
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
