HR Supervisor: People & Policy Operations

SM Supermalls is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor who will oversee the implementation of HR processes and procedures according to policies and strategic directions at the mall level. The role includes managing areas such as compensation, benefits, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in HR. The work location is at SM Nuvali Santa Rosa.
