Responsibilities
- Analyze HR technology requirements and support the implementation of HR systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications for HR processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
- Conduct QA testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and user needs.
- Support the integration of Workday and other HR tools into existing processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR technology or a related area
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Workday EIBs, HR systems and tools, software development methodologies, and QA testing practices
