HR Technology Business Analyst (wfh)

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR technology requirements and support the implementation of HR systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications for HR processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and user needs.
• Support the integration of Workday and other HR tools into existing processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR technology or a related area
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Workday EIBs, HR systems and tools, software development methodologies, and QA testing practices
