HR Technology Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Technology Manager to own Raisin’s HR technology ecosystem and the main projects in the domain.

You will ensure smooth HRIS operations, that the HRIS meets compliance requirements, and that the HRIS itself as well as the connected HR systems are continuously improved.

You will be the go-to expert for the HRIS and know how company-level business results are influenced by the HRIS.

HRIS Ownership

You will be the application manager for our HR systems, supporting the team as a sparring partner for HRIS challenges.

You will lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business- product problems in the HRIS space. You express clearly their value and success criteria, and you call out risks, dependencies and assumptions to qualify. You exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.
