Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Executive.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation as required.
- Assist in handling recruitment processes and related issues.
- Send resumes to relevant stakeholders and coordinate candidate information.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Executive.
- Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a team.
