Opportunity Description
Serve as a strategic liaison between the company and the union, proactively managing labor relations within a maquiladora environment. Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), internal policies, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources within an industrial or maquiladora environment, with at least 3 years focused on labor relations and direct union interaction.
Technical Knowledge:
- Mexican labor law and its practical application.
- Union relationship management and collective bargaining processes.
- Conflict resolution and dispute management.
