- College Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience more on employee relation and labor compliance
- With strong business acumen- ability to understand organizational goals
- Willing to work in FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Assist in employee relations by addressing basic concerns and coordinating with departments.
- Help facilitate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
