Job Description
- Serve as main point of contact and manage relationship with stakeholder group and key individuals.
- Resolve any escalated issues and risks promptly.
- Support implementation of all engagement, recognition, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion programs (including company Employees Engagement Survey, townhalls, focus group discussions, communication forums).
- Facilitate employee engagement and people programs by coaching line stakeholders on their responsibilities and deliverables. Support Manager and Supervisor development.
- Perform employee onboarding and offboarding professionally and efficiently and able to analyze attrition trends.
- Involved in end to end process of recruitment, especially for niche technical profiles.
