Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR support that helps achieve business goals Translate business requirements into actionable people plans with department leaders Handle day-to-day HR matters including employee relations, policy guidance, and workplace issues Support manpower planning and organisational changes, ensuring the right team structure is in place Spot workforce or capability issues early and suggest practical ways to address them Guide managers on performance conversations, feedback handling, and leadership improvement Run performance management activities and encourage ongoing feedback across teams Drive execution of HR programs and initiatives across different departments Help strengthen company culture through engagement activities and internal initiatives
