HRBP - SW&D Group

SW&D (Software & Digitalization) is the Renesas organization responsible for software,tools, and digital technologies that enhance the usability and value of Renesas semiconductor products.

This role reports to and partners closely with the Global HR Business Partner to support the Software & Digitalization (SW&D) leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic enabler and executor of the SW&D people priorities - partnering with senior leaders and below to drive business‑aligned people strategies. You will leverage your understanding of Renesas’ processes, systems, and culture to provide insights and solutions that enable leaders to make effective, data‑driven people decisions.
