About This Role:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst III to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system, with a focus on Benefits and Absence modules. Experience or familiarity with US Benefits – Open Enrollment is a plus. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system‑based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem‑solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles BAU Requests such as but not limited to:
- Report Request – New Report, Modify, Schedule
- Creation of Organizations (Supervisory Organizations, Cost Center, Locations)
- EIB Processing, Loading and Validating
- Provide “How to” guidance to the business
