Job Description

Act as the HRIS lead and strategic HR partner; Partner closely with the HRIS Director and global HR stakeholders.

• Lead HRIS activities related to Phase 2 of the Workday implementation within an international, multi‑country environment
• Drive the deployment of additional modules, functional enhancements, and process optimizations defined as part of Phase 2
• Translate global and local HR business requirements into effective Workday solutions
• Contribute hands‑on to configuration, data readiness, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go‑live activities
• Coordinate closely with external Workday implementation partners and internal global project teams
