Your Role
We are looking for a hands‑on HRIS Manager to lead the transition to our new global HR system and take full operational ownership of the platform once implemented. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the tools, solving problems in real time, and building scalable HR processes from the ground up.
You will be responsible for system configuration, data accuracy, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem.
1. HRIS Implementation & Transition
- Lead the operational rollout of the new HR system, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate HR process needs into system requirements and workflows.
- Manage data migration activities: cleaning, mapping, validating, and reconciling data.
