Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Technology partner, advising HR and the Company on leveraging technology to improve processes, productivity, and employee experience.
- Manage and enhance the HR technology landscape for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Manage HR system integrations, data quality, and consistency to ensure seamless data flow.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by enhancing HR reporting, dashboards, and data accessibility.
- Provide expert functional and technical support for HR systems, resolving issues promptly to minimise disruption and ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and reviews to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and recommend proactive solutions.
