Foreground is partnering with a UAE-based drilling contractor to appoint a Director HSE in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for directing safety and environmental programs across a fleet of offshore and onshore rigs in the Emirates.
About the RoleThe Director will ensure best-in-class health safety and environmental practices driving compliance and performance across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee implementation of HSE programs across all rig operations.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations and international safety standards.
- Lead incident investigation processes and implement lessons learned.
- Monitor HSE KPIs and provide executive reports on performance.
