HSE System Planning, Roadmap & Improvement
- Implement annual HSE execution plan, Roadmap for building an effective safety culture
- Ensure the implementation plan includes effective risk management procedures
- Work closely with HSE team to ensure continual improvement and compliance in HSE
Compliance Monitoring & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, Bosch standards and principles e.g. by ensuring Health & Safety is integrated into planning, operational reviews
- Ensure the safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors on-site by identifying, assessing, and effectively managing all relevant risks.
- Ensure compliance is regularly audited and performance assessed, and the results used to drive further improvement
