Ledcor has an exciting opportunity for a HS&E Lead to join a full‑time permanent position in Mississauga, ON. In this role you will be responsible for the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and you will work on challenging projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards.
This position will be site‑based out of our project site at Toronto Pearson Airport.

- Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss potential problems, ensuring a sufficient supply of safety equipment such as protective gear, fire extinguishers, and respirators.
- Advise operations regarding Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycle.
