HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure strict compliance with ADNOC HSE standards , UAE labor laws, and industry best practices.

• Conduct regular toolbox talks , HSE briefings , and induction training for workers and subcontractors.

• Perform site safety inspections , hazard identification , and risk assessments , recommending corrective actions where needed.

• Support implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and enforce proper control of high-risk activities like hot work, confined space entry, and lifting operations.

• Participate in incident investigations , prepare detailed reports, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) .
