OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled HSE Officer to manage the Health, Safety, and Environmental systems for a large solar park construction project in the UAE. Operating under a schedule of rates contract, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor the client’s HSE policies and procedures tailored to the solar park project.
- Formulate HSE plans, procedures, action plans, and programs in consultation with the Project Manager and HSE Lead.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE codes and standards.
- Conduct regular HSE trainings as per the training matrix and deliver effective toolbox talks (TBT) with the site in charge before work commencement.
