- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the hub's performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business development and partnership initiatives.
