**What You Will Do:**

Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals in support of our Department of Navy client by:

+ Developing communications and change management materials on training programs
+ Supporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants
+ Having knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants
+ Supporting workforce integration activities and data analysis, to enable client for making workforce related decisions
