The Human Factors discipline plays a critical role in enhancing safety and operational efficiency by ensuring that AHE products, services and processes are designed with full consideration of human performance and limitations.
Mission
Bring Human Factors expertise to complex and critical cockpit designs, technologies and operational functions. Ensure human‑centric design by minimizing the risk of error and maintaining acceptable workload across all flight phases.
Responsibilities
- Design a HFE/HMI for the requested functions, in conjunction with design responsible, architects, test pilots and the end‑customer.
- Contribute to cockpit arrangement and human factor assessment for different helicopter customizations and retrofits.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams including pilots, designers, training experts, safety specialists and certification engineers.
